Tom Hengen Tom Hengen is a politician, psychologist and community worker in Saskatchewan, Canada. He campaigned for the leadership of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party in 1996, and sought election to the Canadian House of Commons in the 1997 election as a candidate of the Liberal Party of Canada. Hengen later joined the Saskatchewan Party. ==Early life and career==
Hengen was born in Broadview, Saskatchewan and raised in Regina and Humboldt.
